By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the hx555 platform (accessible at hx555.club), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms that may apply from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on hx555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hx555 strictly enforces this age threshold and will request identity documents to confirm your age before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of hx555, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hx555 or by any gaming authority whose exclusion hx555 recognises.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, or elsewhere), and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

hx555 may, at its absolute discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on hx555 at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hx555 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any third party. Any wagers, deposits, or withdrawals made using your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you personally, regardless of who actually placed them.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify hx555 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. hx555 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

• Account passwords must be kept confidential at all times.
• Sharing account access with another individual is prohibited.
• hx555 accounts are personal and non-transferable.

• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month after written notice to the registered email address.

hx555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the hx555 cashier page at the time of transaction. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion surcharges applied by hx555.

Deposits are credited to your hx555 account balance within the timeframe stated for each payment method — typically within two (2) minutes for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and SadaPay, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. hx555 is not liable for delays attributable to your payment provider or banking institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Profit amounts may be withdrawn via any registered method on your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are stated on the cashier page and may vary by account tier and verification status.

All bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of hx555 and are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general terms apply to all hx555 bonuses unless the individual bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer.

All wagers placed on hx555 — whether on cricket matches, PSL fixtures, international sports events, live casino games, or slot games — are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply across all hx555 gaming products:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the hx555 system. hx555 will not cancel or reverse a wager after it has been accepted, except where a manifest system error has occurred.
• In the event of a software or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hx555 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant market page.
• hx555 may impose individual stake limits on a player's account at any time if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Live betting markets for cricket and other sports are subject to suspension or closure at hx555's discretion — including during breaks in play, weather delays, or when the integrity of a market cannot be confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hx555 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or other competitive formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit the bonus system.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with hx555 games without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a known software bug, miscalculated odds, or system error to generate artificial profit.
• Money Laundering: Using hx555 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism to disguise the illicit origin of those funds.
• Match Fixing: Placing wagers on events where you have direct knowledge of or involvement in manipulating the outcome.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing hx555 staff or other players via any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hx555, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the hx555 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, hx555 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from interrupted service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your payment provider or banking institution.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on hx555 that contained errors or omissions.

hx555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your hx555 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The player is below the minimum age of 21 years.

Where an account is closed by hx555 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Any net real-money balance (excluding bonuses) that was deposited by the player and is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following investigation.
